The purpose of this course is to equip school facility personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish and maintain organized operations within their Districts. Using the MSPMA Operations Manual Template, participants will learn how to better organize, communicate, and set expectations for their departments. In addition to these practical tools, the course will foster the development of a professional peer group, providing facility personnel with a network of colleagues to share resources, exchange ideas, and collaborate on challenges.
All classes will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 except for #1 which will be 9:00 to 10:30.
