Fall Conference and Events

How do I purchase fall conference tickets as a school member?

To purchase tickets for the MSPMA Fall Conference, you must first have an active membership for the upcoming year. MSPMA memberships run from the first day of the Fall Conference through April 30 of the following year, so you’ll need to purchase or renew your membership on this website before you can access conference tickets.

Only one master membership is needed per school district. Once that membership is active (purchase complete), all conference tickets can be purchased under that single account.

To buy tickets, go to the Events Calendar on our website, find the Fall Conference listing, click on it, and follow the prompts to purchase your tickets.

We also often feature major events like the Fall Conference directly in the Classes and Events dropdown menu in the main navigation, making it easy to find and register.

Your district account admin—or any team member with a login—can register multiple staff members for group-based events like the Fall Conference, day conferences, and other general events that don’t involve individual coursework or certification.

However, for MSPMA’s Core Curriculum and the Masters of Facility Management program, each participant must log in and register individually. These programs are tied to personal training progress, and individual registration allows us to accurately track class completions, certifications, and continuing education—just like a college or professional training platform.

Membership & Account Management

How can I see what memberships we have active, what we’ve purchased in the past, and view receipts?

Once you’re logged in to the MSPMA website, go to the top navigation and click on “My Account.” From the dropdown, select “My MSPMA Membership.”

This page will show your active membership status, a full payment history, and give you the option to download past receipts for your records.

Each team member needs their own login because we offer exclusive content and opportunities available only to paid members. An individual login gives your staff access to member-only resources, the ability to register for events like the Fall Conference, sign up for certification modules, and take advantage of training that helps elevate school facility standards across Missouri.

Just like a college or advanced training platform, each unique login tracks that individual’s progress through MSPMA’s Core Curriculum, including completed training modules and earned certifications. This ensures accurate records for professional development and makes it easy for administrators to monitor staff advancement.

Membership dues help fund these tools, events, and educational programs—so by logging in, your team is tapping into the full value of what MSPMA offers to advance safe, efficient, and effective school facilities statewide.

Training & Certification Tracking

How do I see what certification classes an individual school district member has purchased and completed?

Log in to the MSPMA website. Once you’re logged in, the “My Account” dropdown in the top navigation becomes active. Hover over “My Account” and click on “My Courses” from the dropdown menu.

On the “My Courses” page, you’ll see a list of all the classes you’ve purchased, along with their current completion status.

After logging in to the MSPMA website, click on “My Account” in the top navigation. From there, you’ll be able to view your past purchases—including Core Curriculum and other items. (Note: Your annual membership will not appear in this section, but all other transactions will.)

This area also allows you to update your billing address, change your password, and manage other personal account details.
