MSPMA Facility Equipment Fund

Get the Equipment Your District Needs Now — Without Taking the Full Budget Hit Up Front.

Expensive facility equipment is not optional

When a floor scrubber goes down, a mower needs replaced, a lift is required, or your maintenance team needs the right machine to do the job, waiting another budget cycle is not always realistic.

That is why MSPMA offers the Facility Equipment Fund for member school districts.

This program gives eligible districts access to a shared “pot of money” to help purchase needed facility equipment now, then spread the cost over 24 months.

A Simple Way to Fund Big Equipment Purchases

The Facility Equipment Fund is designed to help member districts move forward with larger equipment purchases without paying the full amount at once.

Your district identifies the equipment.

MSPMA provides the funds, based on availability.

Your district purchases the equipment.

Then MSPMA invoices your district over time.

No complicated process. No unnecessary delay. Just a practical funding option built for school facility teams.

What Can Be Funded?

The fund may be used for new or used facility equipment, including:

Once approved, MSPMA writes a check to the district for the approved amount.

Step 5: Your District Purchases the Equipment
